**Summary**
In addition, the Manager will also be called upon to perform Executive Assistant duties to the APAC Managing Director, supporting him in managing his agenda, making all arrangements for international and domestic travel and coordinating internal and external meetings.
This position relies heavily on interpersonal skills to strengthen communication amongst all members of the team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts (job posting, screening, interviews, offer proposal, hiring procedures)
- Lead onboarding newcomers to the company, developing adequate induction and training program
- Guide employee opportunities for professional development through the Annual Performance Management process, Compensation review and Succession planning
- Manage the HRIS system configuration concerning employees’ details, ensuring an accurate and timely information’s’ update
- Provide the necessary support systems for payroll and benefits administration
- Guarantee Personnel cost controlling efficiency, adherence to budget process, in alignment with the HQ guidelines
- Provide reporting and analysis on staff performance
- Align HQ HR practices with regional business strategy ensuring that Company HR policies are implemented locally
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Work with the Managing Director to develop committee meeting agendas. Prepare materials, coordinate and edit presentations and content from across the organization
- Executive Assistant Duties: manage scheduling; make all arrangements for international and domestic travel and events; assist with document preparation; track and reconcile monthly expenditures and reimbursements
**Key Requirements**
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- At least 5 years experience in the HR Business Partner role, preferably in a luxury/retail fast environment
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and procedures
- Proficiency of MS Office HR Software such as Success Factors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work constructively and efficientl with other functions;
- Pro-active individual and passionate about HR
