**JOB DETAILS**:
**The essential responsibilities includes**:

- Responsible for providing property marketing and leasing services for the managed portfolio
- Handle negotiation for new leases, renewals or terminations
- Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for new and suitable tenants
- Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
- Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
- Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
- Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
- Any other roles/duties as assigned

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Formal Education & Certification**
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience in leasing with local landlords, retailers and/or F&B
- Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
- Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
- Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
