Lead and coach department personnel to achieve a level of competency required to carry out their duties effectively
Oversee efficiency of order fulfilment processes, identifying requirements and opportunities for improving process flow and customer satisfaction.
Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, information and data.
Analyse and report on department performance metrics.
Conduct checks on documents, investigate issues and report errors.
Participate in implementation of operational, process and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce issues with order fulfilment.
Support with customer orders, handle customer enquiries, issues and engage with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
Degree / Diploma from recognised institution
3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably from FMCG industry
Experience leading / mentoring a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
