We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial operations in our company. The CCO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales and marketing activities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. As a key member of the executive team, the CCO will work collaboratively with other leaders to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with our company's objectives.

**Strategy & Planning**
- Define measure to gauge achievements of company objectives.
- Establish annual targets and set periodic / quarterly target.
- Collate global market analysis and competitive benchmark across industries.
- Exploit and expand existing customers base in terms of revenue and profitability with respect to major markets (USA, EU, APAC) in co ordinations with respective sales/channel partners.
- Identify new customer in the growth market effecting the top and bottom-line growth
- Identify scope of deploying new initiatives/ solutions
- Forecasting and sales planning for the market through market analysis and framing of market trends
- Customer research to understand the requirements of the customer
- Involves in other related sales activities during early stages of sales

**Growth Performance Reviews**
- Reviewing of performance of revenues for growth
- Scaling revenue with constantly looking for growth opportunities in the existing market and new opportunities in the emerging market by deployment of new offerings and improved competencies.
- Regular reviews on the execution of plan and mapping on deviations from targets (committed business, expansion and new business), initiating correction actions to ensure the target are met.
- Ensure that all SLAs are met: reviews SLAs track records
- Identify the areas of improvement and plan for the same
- Facilitates effective asset creation (case studies, whitepaper etc.) and reusability of the asset

**Business Management**
- Constantly update the sales force and customers (internal and external)
- Plan and execute the activities to achieve the annual revenue target
- Leverage the cross selling and additional selling to the existing customers
- Facilitate necessary expertise and build project team in bagging new clients
- Ensure the creation of assets such as case studies, white papers, reviews etc. and reusability of the asset can lead to better showcasing of company capabilities by working with the marketing and other relevant teams

**Opportunity Management**
- Ensure the participation of domain / functional experts in identifying and configuring the solutions for specific customer requirements
- Review sales reports and audit findings and plan initiate corrective action
- Solicit feedback from the operational teams / sales force and works on improvement plans
- Periodical review on the target of the existing accounts and expansion accounts

**Collaboration & Networking**
- Works with presales team on identifying and targeting a client need along with vertical heads
- Coordinate with operation centers for proposal making
- Liaise closely with marketing for staying updated on market intelligence
- Build relationships with the alliance partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and organize project resources
- Build political landscape to strengthen the relationship using powerful network
- Acquire new clients / Business Development
- Initiates and explore new sales calls
- Identifiy new customer needs / business / technology trends for potential offerings
- Prepare Business Solution Map (BSP)
- Close deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing
- Ensure corporate commitment - what compainy can deliver to its customers by projecting the offerings and capabilities of the verticals

**Qualifications**
- Education: MBA, and above.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding commercial targets, preferably in the IT (SaaS).
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a deep understanding of commercial strategies, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market insights and data to drive informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription-based revenue models, and recurring revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive market expansion, identify growth opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships.
