**ABOUT AsiaNext (Asia Digital Exchange)**

Asia Digital Exchange (AsiaNext) envisions to become a trusted digital exchange for institutional clients in Asia and globally by offering an integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for crypto-currencies and digital assets. The joint venture between SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) and SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. will provide an institutional-grade environment to initially trade crypto-currency assets and later to issue, trade and custodies digital assets as well as enable the tokenization of existing securities and non-bankable assets.

AsiaNext is set to directly target the institutional demand or trading cryptocurrency assets, as well as the growing demand for public and private regulated digital assets and securities. It will leverage the extensive networks of SIX Digital Exchange in Switzerland and Europe, and SBI in the Asian marketplace, as well as their joint expertise in facilitating Institutional clients’ needs. Both SIX and SBI have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through several previously launched initiatives in the space.

**JOB OPPORTUNITY**

In this position, you will be responsible for growing and delivering new Institutional customer acquisition targets and eventually managing a team of sales. You will support us to establish and build the company and combine your knowledge of the institutional clients’ market with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness and increase new customer generation.

You will need to have excellent solution sales and people skills as you will be **a part of the Management team **at AsiaNext, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. To be a successful Chief Commercial Officer, you will need to be highly entrepreneurial, having an extensive network of market contacts and have a good understanding of crypto sport, crypto derivatives and digital assets.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO**:

- Develop and execute a brand and commercial strategy to bring institutional clients as per AsiaNext business plan targets
- Ensure the best possible service to our clients and partners, and to represent the interests of those clients and partners within the AsiaNext ecosystem
- Support and collaborate with the rest of the management team to establish and build the company
- Lead a team of commercial, business development, relationship management and product development professionals to drive business growth
- Assess and develop new client-led product ideas that could deliver significant, long-term revenue potential
- Utilise crypto expertise to devise in collaboration with Product Development and subsequently sell innovative products and services to AsiaNext clients
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- The role involves international travel for roadshows and interaction with stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business / economics or engineering

Experience
- Minimum 15 + years’ experience in institutional grade clients’ acquisition such as investment firms, private banks, hedge funds managers etc
- Extensive experience in the crypto spot, crypto derivatives, securities tokens and digital exchanges and digital assets
- Extensive experience in investment product development, brand and commercial to generate sustainable revenue on a resilient and scalable platform
- Extensive experience in relationship management for institutional grade clients

**Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in product, brand, commercials and relationship management of institutional grade clients in the financial sector preferably in digital assets exchange or fintech industry
- Deep understanding of crypto-spot, crypto derivatives, securities token, digital exchange and digital assets
- Ability to produce a narrative to institutional grade clients around a broad portfolio of solutions to help meet business objectives
- Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial, product brand and marketing strategies
