**Finance and Admin Associate**
This role will actively support the Finance lead, located in Singapore, to deliver the financial oversight and management of the business. Positioned to support the alignment and administration of the businesses financial requirements, this individual will help ensure the seamless and effective financial operations of this rapidly expanding organisation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payments, and payroll
- Processing payments, including managing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing payroll, including processing employee data and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and processing employee benefits
- Supporting the Finance Lead with financial reporting and budgeting
- Assisting with admin tasks, including maintaining company records
- Supporting the Finance Lead with other tasks as required

- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations, balancing multiple priorities, departments and rapid growth
- Maintaining focus on key priorities in the face of competing demands for resource with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ‘Can do’ approach with proven ability to adapt, change and improve processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with payroll and HR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
