**Senior Associate, Finance (Contract)**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the accounting for all internal and external research grants.
- Create research project account and maintain research budget.
- Ensure all claims and payments follow grant terms and conditions.
- Maintain proper records of research expenditure and timely submission of grant request, reporting of grant status and annual audit.
- Liaise closely with faculty and grantor to ensure that research grants are properly set up.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience handling research grants would be an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful, diligent, meticulous and a good team player.
- Must be a team player with a positive work attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Project module, Grants module, Funds module and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
