
Senior Administrative Supervisor

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage communications with vendors and various internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Prepare and send general notifications to all employees.
- Maintain office working environment and facilities, and ensure that applicable government occupational safety & health regulation guidelines are adhered to.
- Arrange general office and disinfection cleaning when necessary.
- Handle expenses and billing cycles for office supplies and maintenance (including vendor invoice validation, cost splitting and recharge and vendor creation).
- Maintain stock lists and manage fixed assets in office and office supplies, such as pantry items, toiletries and stationery etc.
- Manage office access registration for new joiners and leavers.
- Organize and co-ordinate with relevant parties for office seating re-allocation.
- Co-manage employee onboarding and exit processes together with HR and IT, including seating arrangement and related matters, such as computer, phone display, IDD code and access cards, etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English + Mandarin, ability in Cantonese would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Strong sense of prioritization and organization skills and detail -driven.
- Self-motivated and can work independently with high integrity.
- High agility to changes and ability to multitask.
**Required**:
- Tertiary education or above.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Familiar with SharePoint and data processing.
- Experience in secretarial support an advantage.
