We are looking for a dedicated Senior Supervisor who ensures and supervise the worksite activities according to demand and quality standards. He will ensure overall supervision for assigned projects are executed in line with the Client and Company Objective.

**Senior Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Planning and execution of projects to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality
- Plan and organize manpower and site activities
- Follow-up and optimum resource utilization, and monitoring of site man-hour expenditure, overtimes and days off workers.
- Planning and execution of projects to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality
- Cooperating and communicating with project team and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Provide back up to the Supervisors and/or Foreman for managing and handling projects including providing technical advice as required
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, and Ensure that the safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the worksite are strictly followed.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

**Senior Supervisor Requirements**:

- 2 or more years' field experience.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Able to work in long hour when duty required without hesitation.
- Have BCSS, and Project Management certification will be a plus.
