As Vice President - Commercial, you will be responsible for co-developing, prioritising, executing, communicating, and sustaining strategic commercial initiatives that create mid to long term improvement within the Group. We are looking for an innovative collaborator who has both the foresight to plan for tomorrow, as well as the ability to focus the organisation on executing today. You will be able to add value by establishing new revenue streams across asset portfolio and focus execution capabilities within the Company.
- Together with senior management, drive the mid to long-term positioning of identified assets. This includes strategic planning, stakeholder management and organizational infrastructure improvements across Fullerton Health’s countries of operations
- Plan and execute groupwide strategic commercial projects and initiatives, which may involve market research and analyses, requirements gathering, design, implementation, change management, internal and external communications, monitoring, and return-on-investment analyses
- Initiate, develop and support key partnerships and business development opportunities
- Identify opportunities for improvements in business strategy and execution, and develop solutions to close identified gaps
- Review key priorities and projects periodically to ensure desired results are achieved and meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives
- Partner with institutional leadership, special project committees, and consultants to support the execution of key initiatives
