The Finance Analyst will be part of the Global Consumer Health Innovation finance team and will provide financial analytics and insights to support APAC R&D organization including all Franchises (Self-Care, Skin Health, Essential Health) as well as the supporting functions (Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Med Affairs, etc.) across multiple R&D sites in APAC. In addition, this individual will support forecast updates and quarterly reporting activities and will work closely with multiple business partners across regions to deliver strategic and financial commitments. She/he will also be responsible to streamline and bring simplifications and standardization to closing activities. Finally, being part of a global team, the FA will have the opportunity to support global initiatives and be involved in global projects for Consumer Health.
**As A Key Member Of The CHI Finance Team**:
- You will provide support and finance leadership for end-to-end R&D activities.
- You will partner with members of the R&D leadership team to deliver financial results, analyze the value of project investments, drive prioritizations, and address business issues.
- You will lead financial updates, including Business Plan, and will ensure the accuracy and compliance of forecasting and quarterly close cycles.
- Within the Consumer Health Innovation Finance team, you will contribute to global projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, able to work with business partners at all levels of the organization and who has the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required
- A Master’s/MBA degree, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
- Intermediate to sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
- Experience with SAP/Alteryx is preferred.
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- We are also seeking a self-starter, ready to take initiative to drive business results, as well as process development and improvement.
- This position will be located in Singapore and may require up to 10% travel
