DESIGNATION : Strategic Food Services Business Partner and Buyer (Cheers)

RESPONSIBILITIES

This will include sourcing for new suppliers and engaging with existing suppliers to ensure our range of Food Services items is continuously refreshed so it is exciting for our customers; working closely with the Food Services operations team at store level, and Channels Operations Managers, Branch-in-charge to ensure smooth roll out and delivery of Food Services to our customers.
- Plan and develop the new Food Services brand and product lines.
- Source for new supplier, products and services to increase the food products variety.
- Negotiate with suppliers on the new product development, promotion plan, product pricing and distribution schedule.
- Plan, implement and monitor the new product launch, promotional plan, write off and sales.
- Bi-Monthly, Monthly and catalogue offer worksheet submission and conduct quarterly business review with suppliers.
- Visit stores to check on product availability, handling procedure and gather feedback.
- Review the food services sales, GP$ and GP%.
- Handle the Bake-In project.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the equipment removal and installation for new, renovated, and close stores.
- Submit backend claim to Finance for promotion cost reduction from the supplier.
- Billing to supplier for Esso MID display charges.
- Generate, analyze and send Food services sales reports to Cheers Ops Team (mainly Operation Managers and Area Managers).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong in analytical skills with good verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Baking skills and knowledge will be an advantage.
- Need to be independent and detail oriented.
- Having the knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
