**What the role is**
- The Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO), under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) plans and prioritizes key Smart Nation and digital government projects, raises the standards of Government ICT and services, builds long-term capabilities for the public sector, and promotes adoption and participation in digital and smart innovations. It takes a whole-of-nation effort, and we will actively engage the public, the industry and fellow agencies as we build a Smart Nation together.
In this role, you will perform secretariat and administrative duties to support your principals, which include:
**What you will be working on**
- a) Carry out duties of a personal assistant such as managing calendars, scheduling of appointments/meetings and clearance of visitors to ensure that appointments and meetings run smoothly;
b) Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking of venues, circulation of materials and meeting logistics;
c) Taking charge of general office administration including maintaining a good filing system and management of physical and digital documents;
d) Provide administrative support for policy reviews, such as monitoring and collating submissions/ regular unit reports; and/or
e) Participate in any other ad hoc projects and committees as assigned from time to time
**What we are looking for**
- A dedicated and organized individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Possess integrity and trust.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant would be an advantage.
