Singapore STROKE SUPPORT STATION Full time

The Service Associate provides quality frontline services to clients and their caregivers. Core duties include patient registration, scheduling of services and transport, medical records management and collection of payments.

She also sees to front-line patient relations and takes on responsibilities to assist the therapy programme team to facilitate care delivery.

**Front Desk**
- Manage registration of clients’ visits, scheduling of services, transport

scheduling and arrangements, collection of payments and preparation of receipts.
- Handling phone calls and enquiries to provide information.
- Ensure clients’ information is kept confidential.
- Registration of clients’ attendance.
- Scheduling of service and transport arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing for clients’ records, including proper disposal of

confidential documents.
- Ensure reception area is always clean and safe.

**Facilities**
- Ensure proper upkeep of the centre and report any faulty office equipment to RO for further action.
- Manage all matters pertaining to maintenance of the centre (eg. Aircon, pest control, outsourced cleaner duties, copier maintenance)
- Cover the duties of an environment control coordinator (ECC)
- Ensure office related consumables are regularly stocked (Eg. Pantry items, stationary, tissues)

**Procurement**
- Process purchase requisition and purchase order forms for procurement of office/facilities related purchases. (Eg. stationary, staff uniform, pantry items etc.)

**Others**
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
