**GLOBAL SALES & BUSINESS DEV MANAGER**
**BOARD OF DIRECTOR MALAYSIA / BOARD OF DIRECTOR SINGAPORE**

Job Responsibilities:
Global Sales and Business Development Manager
- Accountable to sales targets in Malaysia, SEA, and EU countries, oversees USA Sales Management.
- Train, manage, and mentor a global and regional sales team and channel partner managers to set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Directly (hands-on) identify and build sales pipeline for strategic products in Malaysia, SEA, and EU countries.
- Develop business and operations plan for Malaysia production of surfactant and other other products.
- Develop a KPI and reporting structure to head office management of remote operations.
- Establishes and holds the responsibilities to achieve sales objectives arrived through company forecasting systems and developing annual sales quotas for regions, salesmen, territory partners.
- Maintain expected sales volume growth and profit margins for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing industry trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Achieves operational requirements by scheduling and following up closely on work results.
- Maintains and coordinates professional and technical knowledge expansion by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to organizational culture by championing and living company values.
Directorship in Millice Sdn Bhd / Millice Pte Ltd
- Assure compliance with Country, State and Local legal and tax requirements.
- Assist in mapping an investment strategy for potential manufacturing facility for either KerfAid or WaferGrip or both.
- Search for suitable contract manufacturing facilities for Injector and WaferBonder production.
- Participate in strategic decision making of the group.
Position compensation is competitive which can include Commissions, and KPI rewards.
Sales Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals.
- Experience in growing, training, and mentoring a diverse global team.
- Proven Mature and sophisticated negotiation skills (globally).
- Diagnostic/consultation selling skills to determine customer needs.
- High motivation for sales, new business development.
- Experience in production environments.
- Proven customer service skills & building relationships.
- Disciplined in completing sales planning and reporting processes.
- Advanced MSOffice computer skills and online research experience.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimally a BA in Business or an Engineering Discipline.
- 5+ years of working experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Expatriate Work experience 5+ yrs.
