**Key Duties/Responsibilities: -**
- Ensure all relevant supporting documents are attached with the invoices, upload to the shipment files and dispatch to the customers in a timely manner
- Posting of inter-companies invoices into the shipments and escalate the disputes to the superior
- Verification of the invoices and all the related costs are bill to customer by the end of the month
- Co-ordination with the Origin operation team for any missing documents or details for shipments
- Handle customer enquiries and review requirements to ensure operational function has the capability in meeting service delivery
- Execute accurately and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and overseas offices/agents
- Ensure all the essential documents are in a completed set and have uploaded into the CargoWise before courier out to the respective End Customer
- Ensure all the job number/shipment are up to date in the excel sheet - RDC master file
- Ensure the reporting of the data are till date and submit promptly
- Escalate to the respective in-charge if any issue or missing documents
- Ensure the documents are send via DHL courier service promptly once all have completed
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure all documentation and assignments are carried out in a timely manner

- Has the ability to coach employees with the intention of developing and growing them.
- Has a good command of English.
- Has working experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in Freight Forwarding, Shipping.
