**Responsibilities**:
**Key Accountabilities and Outcomes to be Achieved**:

- **Coach and mentor L2 and L3 teams** to upskill and uplift their technical capabilities.
- **Ensure technical support meets agreed SLA standards** (24 x 7 coverage).
- **Lead initiatives to improve the end-user experience** and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Champion high levels of IT service and support** by understanding the service impact of projects and mitigating potential issues.
- **Uphold and improve the quality of IT service and performance,** identifying areas for improvement.
- **Manage vendor performance** through effective service level management and business engagement.
- **Support the evaluation of operational impacts** resulting from regulatory changes or new legislation affecting compliance procedures and processes.
- **Review and enhance internal policies and controls** to strengthen internal frameworks and processes.
- **Provide support for internal and external audits** as well as compliance-related activities.

**Job Requirements -**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

**Work Experience and Technical Skills**:

- **5+ years of hands-on experience** in Linux administration, Kubernetes, and Nutanix environments.
- Proficiency in **Linux operating systems** (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu).
- Strong expertise in **Kubernetes** (e.g., deployment, scaling, and monitoring).
- Familiarity with **Nutanix architecture** and management.
- Knowledge of **containerization technologies** (e.g., Docker).
- Understanding of **networking, security, and storage solutions**.
