The Sales Support Analyst will be part of the Relationship Services Team - Sales Services Unit, providing a range of sales or service-related support to the business in meeting overall branch sales and service goals:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operating as an independent unit to assist stakeholders in fulfilling sales requirements by providing multiple maintenance support and administering controls surrounding various transaction processes.
- Process online transactions, ensuring timeliness of execution, accuracy of entries and adequacy of approvals are in place.
- Conduct review of the surveillance reports.
- Operate as a focused-unit or liaison to handle queries and controls.
- Conduct daily post-transaction review on customers’ accounts.
- Participate and assist in ad hoc assignments/projects for the business.
- Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
- Strong analytical ability required to review customer information in accordance to policies.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate great attention to details.
- Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Fresh Graduate may be considered.
