**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process; provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet ByteDance's business objectives,
- Design tailored and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruiting team.
- Lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting teams and client groups.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting teams.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
- Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human resources or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with experience in startups or the Internet industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- A strong sense of ownership, and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
