Req ID- FY23|G&A|#4653- Location(s)- Singapore, Singapore;- Work arrangement(s)- Hybrid (works from home and New Relic office throughout the week)- Your opportunity- We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with outstanding customer service skills and who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced and high-growth environment.-
- What you'll do- Ensure payrolls are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with country local requirements
- Work with HR function and external payroll providers to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information
- Address employee queries related to payroll in a timely manner
- Ensure all equity transactions are captured and processed within the pay periods
- Ensure that monthly and yearly local tax payments and compliance requirements are met
- Ensure sufficient controls are in place and implemented to capture changes month on month and any differences are reconciled and explained
- Schedule, facilitate and participate in payroll-related meetings and presentations
- Review and create time off journals from workday
- Work with external providers regarding specific payroll treatment for employees e.g. expatriate, international assignments & equity
- Special projects as assigned
- Work with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of the payroll information
- This role requires- 3+ years experience of APJ payroll experience.
- Indian payroll experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience a fast-growing company strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
