**Responsibilities**:
What will I be doing?
As a Program Manager in our Business Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to manage strategic programs, initiatives and internal review forums within Trust & Safety (T&S) Operations. You will push projects and operational changes forward, implement process changes, and define new ways of working. You will be coordinating between Trust & Safety leadership, Operations stakeholders, and cross functional teams across Bytedance to drive outcomes.

**Specifically, this program manager will be expected to**:

- Lead internal planning initiatives, including business and quarterly review sessions, and leadership strategy sessions.
- Lead global projects and programs within Trust and Safety Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation.
- Conduct data analysis and translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Prepare high quality business reports and deliver presentations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to improve the business management of T&S Operations, such as automating dashboards and developing new tools.
- Influence and drive alignment across regions and business teams to execute our roadmap, fostering a collaborative approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trust & Safety Operations teams to gain a strong business understanding.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- 7+ years of work experience in safety-relevant operations, one of the following: information security investigations, security and threat analysis, identity and access management, policy enforcement
- 5+ years of management experience, 50+ team size
- Strong project management ability, strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, proficient English is a must, any second language will be a plus
- Experience in resource capacity management, planning, forecasting, and scheduling, any BPO-relevant work experience will be a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with capability to process high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions
- Localize and optimize management improvement plans and procedures - Deep-dive into regional issues and conduct necessary regional experiments and investigations
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
