We are a young and rapidly growing company, specialising in motor accident insurance claim. We are seeking dynamic individual who has the capacity to learn fast to join us in building the company to scale greater achievements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with insurance company on motor claims
- Assist in all administration facets of claims processing
- Proactive management of claims, timely processing & management of claims, claim administration
- With internal / external customers on insurance claim issues
- Maintain the records, reports and filing
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Work Hours & benefits:
- Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
- Annual leave & medical benefits.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in insurance claim processing is an advantage but not essential
- Microsoft Office Skills will be an advantage
- Efficient and have administrative skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Good Verbal and Written Communication (preferred language: English), ability to speak other languages like Mandarin/Malay is an advantage.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma with administrative qualification
- Fresh graduate welcome
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and MYOB System
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage
