We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales, Asia, to lead our sales teams across Asia as well as to be a senior member of our global sales leadership team. Reporting directly to our VP Sales APAC, you will help to shape the go to market and sales strategy for the entire company.

In this senior leadership role, you are an essential change agent and will lead the transformation of culture and mindset, readying the business for the next stage of growth in APAC.

Responsibilities and key areas of focus are as follows:
**Culture**:

- Be a role model for positive, authentic, and collaborative culture for our APAC team.
- Communicate openly and regularly and engage with your team and peers in a positive way throughout the workday.
- Invest in your team, in their growth and development.
- Lead an accountable, hardworking team that strives every day to delight our customers and help them delight theirs.

**Financial Objectives**:

- Define Fenergo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Asia and lead the strategy and execution to achieve the plan.
- Set & manage to Revenue KPI's across region, industry segment and product line in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Deliver on Revenue KPIs /sales target mix (new clients, cross-sell, upsell, client retention).

**Market/Client Objectives**:

- Take pro-active lead in a senior client coverage capacity to grow business and deepen relationships with our enterprise customers.
- Strategically profile Fenergo with clients on a regular basis in line with corporate messaging.
- Be a key external brand builder, accountable for Fenergo company culture in the field.
- Work in partnership with Customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Sponsor Fenergo's Partnership enablement programme in region and help guide the existing alliance strategy to success.

**Sales Leadership Objectives**:

- Develop the critical success competencies needed to create a strong salesforce with focus on pipeline generation.
- Work closely with our marketing leaders to increase brand awareness and generate new revenue opportunities in Asia.
- Coach your sales executives to effectively execute on the AOP and pipeline opportunities.
- Coach your sales team on CRM best practice, including pipeline governance and deal progression.
- Act as ‘champion’ for a global & consistently executed Fenergo sales process that delivers best in class win ratios & client retention.
