**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Transformation team is looking to identify solutions that can help families find employment and upskill for better opportunities. We believe by building a platform for talent, providing access to job networks and by upskilling, we can create the infrastructure for families to find jobs beyond their current social networks. Every family needs to believe that they can have access to better jobs. We aim to work with the ecosystem to change the way adults access jobs and students access internships. This journey should help a family increase their income which should pave for social mobility and other aspirations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To run a needs assessment to profile families and identify an employment pathway based on the data
- To create a strategy for employment and skilling for families that achieves the vision of transformation in the following areas: -Employment readiness
- Vocation training
- Placement for jobs
- Employment sustainability
- To work with industry experts and employment entrepreneurs such as Agape, Daughters of tomorrow to build an ecosystem approach
- To build the outcomes framework for this program with key indicators to track results
- To outline a communication plan with families and set expectations
- To create a plan for student internships and create a pathway for early career formation in young people
