Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our team in delivering impactful programmes for children and families-at-risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and curate evidence-informed curriculum and content grounded in social work theories to support holistic development of children.
  • Develop and implement engaging events and holiday initiatives to promote children's wellbeing, character formation, and life skills.
  • Stay updated on emerging challenges and community needs to ensure programme relevance and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to create meaningful impact.

Programme Administration:

  • Coordinate logistics, manage volunteers, and communicate with parents to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Collect and analyse evaluation data to strengthen programme effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation and programme budgets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in programme planning and facilitation.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for serving children and families-at-risk.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder, volunteer, and event management.
