**Overview and purpose of the position**

**Accountabilities**

Project manage and support the development and implementation of a population-based funding model - capitation
- Maintain overall control over project management activities, plan and monitor progress to ensure that the project is on track.
- Work closely with Project Directors/Project Managers, various external and internal stakeholders to set project deliverables, prioritise timelines and resolve issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Provide regular project updates at various forums to share status of deliverables, known issues and upcoming milestones.
- Be the point of contact for NUHS’s User Champions, Super User Leads and Super Users for project related matters.
- Oversee administrative project management tasks including keeping tab of project expenditure, scheduling of meetings, capturing minutes of meeting and seeing that actions and other commitments are followed through.
- Be a key financial resource, and provide value added support to the business partners in and advise them on financial matters.
- Setup standards, templates and processes for effective project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5-8 years of related working experience. Experience with the healthcare industry, with good knowledge in population health, health finance and health economics would be a plus.
- Hands-on project management, change management and facilitation experience in a matrixed environment.
- Superb facilitation skills with ability to work with varied teams inside and outside of the organisation.
- Works comfortably with unstructured information and ambiguity.
- Able to present ideas and arguments clearly and compellingly.
- Able to juggle between big picture focus and details.
- Organised, independent and a collaborative team player able to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge and skills in basic Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent writing skills with ability to produce clear, structured proposals.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
