This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok Singapore Limited.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Effective administration, preparation, production and execution of tenders in a structured approach that is within the commercial function’s processes and client requirements.
- Implement overall commercial risk management process by accurately assessing the key risks of the tenders and making recommendations based on analysing the factors affecting the said risks.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for the allocated tenders including competitor bench marking.
- Interface with colleagues from the other functions or group to coordinate tendering activities or obtain inputs required for tender preparation.
- Support the commercial head in the preparation of materials for bid reviews with the Risk Subcommittee and Board of Directors.
- Support the business development teams with strategic plans to encourage business growth in-line with the company’s overall strategy.
- Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations.
- Where required, contract management of awarded charters by acting as main point of contact with Charterers and coordinating with various internal functions to ensure timely invoicing and that any commercial and contractual issues arising are resolved in an expeditious manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Marketing or similar.
- Have at least 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in a tendering or commercial environment.
- Extensive commercial acumen & risk awareness
- Strong contractual knowledge
- Experience in team management
- Some familiarity with tax and financial analysis (ROI/NPV/IRR and etc)
- Ability to display adaptability and work under pressure with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desired traits include teamwork, proactiveness, adaptability, networking, aware of cultural differences and an interest in the offshore and marine business.
