Singapore Rapsys Technologies Full time

The team works 24x7, the incumbent will only work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
- Must be committed and able to do shift work / Ad hoc work during PH, weekend, after office hour
- Possess NITEC certification or Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
- Experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Network is preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer support environment will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and independently in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to travel around Singapore to multiple sites
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Transportation is also available
