
Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for in-house sales and regularly monitoring the company’s businesses with her clients. The person will assist the company in the preparation of relevant documents that are needed by clients before the company can disburse the services. The Customer Service Executive will also play an important role in coordinating with authorized bodies for the examination of equipment to ensure that they are certified to be safe for use.
**Job Scope**:
- Work closely with the Sales Executive to provide support to sales activities and handling customer requests.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and invoices to follow up with customers.
- Track all existing and current invoices to ensure that they are paid on a timely manner.
- Attend to customer queries and provide solutions and alternatives to assist them.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Work closely with the Operations Department on arrangements for operation services needed by customers.
- Perform data entry duties with the company’s in-house system.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment inspections with customers, the operations department, and authorized examiners.
- Assist to obtain certification for inspected equipment to ensure maximum safety measures.
- Liaise with external parties and the operations department on the renewal of Lifting Equipment certification every 6 months.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Job Specifications**:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment preferably in aerial lifts and material handling equipment.
- Must be able to prepare sales quotation and make presentation to customer’s management.
- Must be computer literate and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess confident, initiative, high energy or drive and result-driven attitude.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure as well as excellence customer service skills.
