Job Description & Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preferably entry level in General accounting or equivalent
- Carry out administrative duties such as Invoicing processing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents etc.
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by seniors
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- Experienced in Quickbooks accounting software will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS EXCEL and MS Word
- Meticulous with positive working attitude
- Resourceful, organized and able to multi-task
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
