**Part-Time Hours**:Mon - Fri, 5 half days, or 4 full days

**Part-Time rate**:$20/hour

We’re looking for a Senior Executive/Executive who is experienced in accounting to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, finance and HR function within the company.

**About the Job**
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including AR, AP, and GL functions and prepare financial statements.
- Maintain and improve the organisation’s admin and bookkeeping/accounting process.
- Analyse data from accounting system (Xero and Excel) to generate meaningful management reports.
- Assist with HR, admin and procurement matters.
- Daily book keeping, issue invoices, prepare for payment, data entry and filing of supporting documents.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Profile required**
- Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in full sets of accounts.
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy. ACCA qualification will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and documents.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to details.
- Forward-thinking and a problem solver.
- Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Experience with HR will be an advantage.
