**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Reporting to the Marketing and Commercial Operations Director, South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA Cluster) **, you will lead the development of integrated marketing strategy of the company’s Cardiovascular & Established Brands portfolio in the South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster (comprising India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Brand / Product marketing for the company’s Cardiovascular portfolio (Lipids, Hypertension, Others) in the South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster
- Lead development of integrated marketing strategy of the company’s Cardiovascular & Established Brands portfolio in the SEA Cluster (India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore)
- Work with country leadership teams (Commercial Directors, Alliance Managers, Access Managers and Sales Managers) to understand nuances of each market in the cluster in order to develop actionable marketing plans
- Lead effective in data-driven digital and in-person engagement of relevant customers and health care consumers through branded and unbranded channels.
- Monitor growth and financial strength of the company’s Cardiovascular & Established Brands portfolio across markets in the South, East and SEA Cluster.
- Deliver customer, commercial, and marketing input to global franchises to shape and influence the global marketing strategy

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- BA or BS degree from an accredited university. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Team management experience is preferred.
- Agile and collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Cardiovascular landscape (Lipids, Hypertension, Others) in terms of products, competitors, customers, trends and policies
- Strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing programs in a digital environment.
- In-depth hands-on experience and working knowledge of at least 1-2 markets in the cluster or prior regional marketing experience
- Ability to develop and cascade simple yet effective marketing frameworks/tools to garner understanding of the needs of diverse customer groups, including physicians, consumers, payors, policymakers, and others for each market in the cluster.
- Capability to synthesize data and insights from local markets and translate into recommendations for cluster and global strategy.
- Experience leading in matrix structures, with strong capability to engage with and influence others.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
