Job Title: Medical Director, Cardiovascular Engagement

This is a pivotal role in our organization, where you will be responsible for fostering internal and external collaboration to generate and disseminate evidence-based clinical practices. The goal is to impact patient lives and advance the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and advance physician engagement strategies, education platforms, and strategic initiatives aimed at elevating structural heart interventions across diverse regional landscapes.
  • Promote physician partnerships and drive innovative strategic programs that support clinical adoption, guideline evolution, and long-term growth of transcatheter and minimally invasive therapies for structural heart diseases.
  • Lead JAPAC-wide physician engagement strategies to strengthen medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholder specialties.
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers to advance strategic goals, foster advocacy, and drive therapy awareness.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and the physician community, ensuring feedback informs innovation, training, and strategy.
  • Champion clinical dialogue that fuels therapy innovation and best-in-class adoption.
