We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales team and manage distributor partnerships in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the medical device industry, with a focus on cardiovascular portfolio.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective leadership, strategy, and execution.

  • Motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes innovation and excellence.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with company standards and supporting long-term growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive sales growth.

  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans, aligning with corporate strategy and driving revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events, reinforcing brand presence and driving customer engagement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and value-add initiatives.

  • Represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions and events, showcasing expertise and building relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 8-10 years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Proven experience in the cardiovascular portfolio is preferred.

  • Strong track record in distributor management, customer engagement, and sales execution.

  • Effective communicator with strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent planning and operational abilities.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while aligning with regional/global strategies.
