**Summary**

Overall Carrier Gas product development management and coordinations.

**How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?**
- Develop and Manage the Carrier Gas Products surrounding the TCNTM and Site & Utilities in terms of technology, technical aspects, integration, industrialization, reliability, maintenance, codes, offer, competitiveness and constructability.
- Maintain a worldwide approach of the Products; Ensure the continuous improvement of performance & competitiveness of the Product; Provide support to Solutions development team and to Project execution teams on the Products.
- Develop the concept and the strategy of a new product matching Electronics market requirements and AL E&C capabilities.
- Develop technical solutions leveraging other AL entities knowledge.
- Issue and follow-up the Product development scheme and roadmap, in accordance with Product Development Group Manager and the AL Electronics World Business Line.
- Ensure the compliance of the Product to AL technical & safety standards: coordinate with Product Design Authorities, with responsible Design Authorities of Technical Department and with Group IMS requirements, ensure code adaptation or transfer when applicable.
- Interact with other AL Group stakeholders : Electronics World Business Line (for market watch, benchmarking etc...), AL E&C entities, Local affiliates.
- Build and update the Product documentation and catalog.
- Support Proposal & Estimation Group with the technical solutions, cost-sheets reviews, follow-up with Sourcing Team.
- Support the deployment of the Product and the product “mindset” to the Project execution team.
- Capitalize and ensure continual improvement and competitiveness on product performance and cost.
- Own the quantities management of the complete Gas Yard.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Master or Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical / civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience at plant/industrial design, product or project management in the electronics or industrial gas field; Background in a EPC company preferred.
- Good knowledge in process, technology, market in the related field;
- Technical curiosity, open-mindedness, autonomy and teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.
- Familiar with estimation, proposal and project execution.
- Electronics Customer oriented.
