**The Position**
- Lead and manage a team of plan and spec professionals, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of solutions across the South Asia Pacific region.
- Oversee and coordinate planning and specification efforts throughout the region.
- Collaborate with consulting professionals, data center owners, and colocation providers to develop tailored solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering and CoE, to integrate Carrier solutions into data center designs.
- Ensure solutions comply with data center architecture, codes, and standards.
- Utilize a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and DCIM software to advise and influence design decisions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with consulting professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Stay abreast with the latest technology developments and translate them into product requirements.

**Relationships**

**Reports directly to**: Associate Director, DC Business Development South Asia Pacific region

**Peer Relationship**: South East Asia Pacific DC team, Country New Equipment teams, Aftermarket and Functional Leaders, Enterprise Solutions team

**Experience**:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in data center solutions and architecture, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively across various regions.
- Strong relationships with consulting professionals in the data center industry.
- Direct experience with or understanding of HVAC systems is an added advantage.
- Proficient in working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
