**Solutions Architect, Business Messaging Responsibilities**:

- Guide our clients and partners to successful integrations with Meta’s Business Messaging and Marketing solutions through deep technical collaboration and a focus on delivering business success
- Keep track of industry trends and build a thorough market understanding on how Business Messaging can contribute to business goals
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering and other XFN teams to unlock and execute on these opportunities
- Influence the marketing industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
Independently break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
- Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
- document and share project updates and insights
- influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
- Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time (No travel currently due to Covid-19)

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
- 4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development
- 4+ years of working in a client or partner facing role, with a track record of successful integration projects
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience deploying large partner integration projects
- Experience working on Business Messaging
- Experience providing Enterprise software to Enterprise businesses
- Experience working on selling SaaS products
- Technical understanding of Facebook advertising and Messaging products (WhatsApp Business API, Click to WhatsApp)
- Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing API’s
- Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP
