**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.
- Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
- Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met.
- Fault report and service request
- Status enquiry on previously related incident
- Escalating lift/ esclator breakdown cases to technician
- Ensuring that the case has been attended to and closed
- Injury reported case/ Entrapment case/ Hazardous case
**Requirements**:
- Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment.
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Good command in English and at least 1 other language to handle queries from non-English speakers.
- Training will be provided.
