**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description**:
- Log in all the above requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints in the licensed Facilities Management and Fault Reporting Tracking System as provided by the Contractor, and immediately escalate/convey/communicate such requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints to the on-site FM or AFM, relevant contractors, AV/IT personnel, cleaning supervisors, security personnel as well as the College’s authorized representatives for their respective follow-up actions.
- Ensure that all requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints are dealt with within a specific timescale, prioritized according to their urgency, and the requestors are always kept informed and updated of the progress and status on these requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints.
- Processing calls includes notifying each action parties, technician, cleaning supervisors, security personnel, AV/IT personnel, contractors, etc where the requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints are made for follow-up actions.
- Assist the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in generating print-out reports
- Receive, process and operationalise carpark requests and provide complimentary carpark at the designated areas.
- Perform fortnightly checking of carpark revenue to ensure no special conditions (e.g rejected amount, expired transactions).

Job Requirement
- NITEC/Diploma in relevant field
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Min. 2 years experience
