Roles & Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will assist the Accountant in all aspects of statutory in the daily operation of the Finance department and ensure all accounting documents are compliance with the Company and Government's policies and standards

**Responsibilities**:
1) Process and manage daily AR,AP, GL and intercompany transactions

2) Responsible for intercompany transaction (AR/AP) amd reconciliation

3) Prepare monthly accural and amortization entries

4) Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules including foxed assests register, AR aging, AP aging, inventory, WIP and ensure schedules and sub-ledgers are reconciled to the GL

5) Prepare cash forecast and ensure healthly cash-flow

6) Assist internal and external auditors on all the documents required

7) Support Accountant in other ad-hoc projects

8) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

2) At least 1 year hands-on experience in accounting

3) Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry will be advantageous

5) Independent, meticulous and good team player
