We are looking for an experienced Officer to join our Community Partnerships team.

Based in Singapore & reporting into the Deputy Director, the incumbent will assist the Community Partnerships team in the operations and administration of Corporate Marketing Sponsorship Requests, Corporate and Staff Volunteerism Activities, Corporate Gifts and other projects or activities.

**What You’ll Do**

You will manage event invitations to internal stakeholders.
You will prepare Quarterly Sponsorship Reports & Events/Functions Attendance Schedule for senior management.
You will perform housekeeping of sponsorship database and support the administrative & logistics requirements of staff & corporate volunteering activities, as & when required.
You will assist in the set up of volunteering activities in the Volunteer Management System (VMS), collate volunteerism numbers, liaise with volunteers on their requests, support the logistics of the volunteering activities, generate volunteers statistics & reports from the system.
You will ensure the success of volunteering activities & gather feedback from internal & external stakeholder groups.
You will support the events preparation and logistics of Community Partnerships’ projects/events, as & when assigned.

**Who You Are**
- You should be a Diploma holder, with about 3 years of working experience in community relations/partnerships, CSR & events management or related field.
You will need good knowledge of the grassroots & social service sectors.
You will need good verbal & written communications skills.
You will need strong event management skills and excellent people & interpersonal skills.
You will need a keen eye for details.
You should have a positive working attitude with a “can-do” spirit.
You should be an excellent team player.
