**JOB DESCRIPTION: E-COMMERCE & SALES SPECIALIST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product pages for improved visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Understand how algorithms work to maximize sales and product exposure on various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, sell-through rates, and campaign ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and increase customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and online retail.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and/or others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
