Job Responsibilities
Payroll - Monthly staffs' salary, overtime calculation using Justlogin software
CPF monthly submission
Yearly Income report and submission to IRAS
Manage Staffs' Attendance and Leave
Recruitments, Advertise for job opening, sourcing and interview
HR duties - Local and Foreign workers
Staffs' Insurance and Claim - Workmen Compensation, Medical, Hospital Claim
Administrative work
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years and above in HR and Administrative Experience
- Familiar with MOM guideline, rules and regulation
- Minimum Diploma or related certification
- Proficient in MS Excel and Words
- Effective correspondent
- Dynamic and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment, able to work overtime
- Must be able to converse in Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs)
- No more quota for S pass
**Salary will be compensated with relevant experience
Working hours : 9am to 6.00pm (Mon-Fri) 9am to 1pm (Sat)
2 Sat off after probation (Full-time staff) OR
9am to 6.30pm (Mon-Fri)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
