Founded in June 2016, ANR Technologies Pte Ltd specializes in sourcing and providing specialty chemicals, biological reagents, lab consumables, lab equipment, customized experiment setups, and sample characterization and certification services. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for handling the company’s end-to-end order management. Tasks required to complete, but are not limited to, are:

- Support the order fulfilment. This Includes receiving orders, confirming and paying orders to suppliers, recording and tracking logistic information, coordinating shipment arrangements, checking shipping lead time, and advising customers on delivery schedules.
- Inputting customer's orders promptly and accurately
- Assisting with outgoing Purchase orders
- Ensuring order flow complies with internal and external organization’s policies
- Cooperating with the sales, finance and operation teams to resolve invoice and pricing issues
- Managing communications with the sales department and customers
- Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports

**Requirements**:
Preferably at least 1 years working experience in the order processing, customer service or sales admin.

Ability to grasp and perform rules-based tasks in a consistent manner

Ability to work swiftly and accurately under time pressure

Experience in online shopping platforms (such as Taobao, amazon etc) will be a value add.

Bilingual is compulsory (written, reading in Chinese and English)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Office

Good communication skills
