**Job Summary**:
The Regional Manager, Market Activation & Launch, ZBEdge APAC will be a member of the Regional Strategic Marketing team for the APAC region. He/She will report into the Director of Strategic Marketing, APAC.
The position’s primary responsibility will be to lead launches within the ZBEdge ecosystem for ROSA, mymobility, WalkAI, Optivu mixed reality, Smart Implants, Planners, Surgical Suite, 3rd party products, and other future product launches. This person will support all aspects of:
- Project manage the launch and implementation in defined markets. The role requires a hands-on approach to support markets with practical expertise in launch excellence strategies, optimizing product penetration and utilization across the ZBEdge portfolio.
- Market Activation - working with countries to execute the ZBEdge mix in each market utilizing pre-planned segmentation, targeting, and product positioning.
He/She will work closely with the Commercial Director and Strategic Marketing Manager ZBEdge to provide inputs on solution pricing, launch timelines, competitor activity, customer dynamics and product needs to help develop the portfolio messaging and ecosystem positioning. This collaboration is needed to support above target adoption and optimizing the sales funnel.
This role will require the person to work closely with global, regional, and country-based cross-functional teams (Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Business Development, Clinical Training, MedEd and Global Service) and provide leadership and front-line support on product launch to in-country Marketing, Implementation Specialists, Sales, Marcom, Regulatory, MedEd and Service teams.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintains a ZBEdge product/solution launch schedule for all markets in APAC
- Works closely with the GBU (Global Business Unit) to align with the global product launch schedule
- Executes on launch plans for ZBEdge products and solutions developed in conjunction with regional ZBEdge commercial and marketing team members by gaining understandings of each market within APAC (Needs-focused, customer, regulatory, technical, demand, market size, and competition)
- Project manages the timely launch of products to meet the requirements of the markets
- Collaborates with corporate, regional, and local cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness for product launches

**Expected Areas of Competence**:

**Education/Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Clinical Sciences (Physio, Nursing), Science, Engineering, or Business
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Clinical Capital Marketing / Sales with medtech companies/ pharma companies / digital health startups
- Orthopaedic experience is preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
