**Job Description**:
Project Coordinator (Assistant to Project Manager)
Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
Coordinate staff and internal resources.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
Continuously monitor project progress and produce detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Proactively communicate the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
Design and approve contracts.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review.
Design risk mitigation plans and demonstrate a thorough understanding of M&E systems in building works.
Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
Manage large and diverse M&E teams, taking full responsibility for the construction of project works.
Coordinate and resolve relationships with owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and industry authorities to ensure the normal progress of the project.
Requirments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills.
Big-picture thinking and vision.
Attention to detail.
Conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills in Building Services Management.
Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the construction industry is highly advantageous.
Project assistants should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field or a related field.
Experience in relevant areas.
