**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
This role will manage the full suite of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Microsoft 365 Administration**
- Manage and maintain all Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Yammer.
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD.
- Monitor service health, usage analytics, and system performance.

**Security & Compliance**
- Implement data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations using Microsoft Purview and Compliance Center.

**Endpoint Management (Intune)**
- Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
- Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other security tools.

**Collaboration & Productivity**
- Support and optimize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
- Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.

**Automation & Scripting**
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
- Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow enhancements.

**Project Management & Strategy**
- Lead or support Microsoft 365-related projects including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with business needs.
- Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and recommend new features or improvements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 security tools.
- Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
