**Responsibilities**:

- Implements and manages security measures for the protection of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Manages user identities and access controls using Azure Active Directory and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Conducts regular system audits, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal operation and resource utilization
- Monitors the Microsoft 365 environment for security incidents and respond to security alerts
- Collaborates with IT security teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures for Microsoft 365
- Conducts vulnerability assessments and regular security audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Manage data governance and loss prevention strategies within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Leads security-focused projects related to Microsoft 365, such as secure migrations, threat protection implementations, and security awareness training initiatives
- Tracks and reports on key operational metrics to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365's security administration with proven track record as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, security specialization
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online Protection, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and other security-related Microsoft 365 services and advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services with a strong emphasis on security features and tools
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, threat models, and best practices
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for security automation and configuration
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert with a security focus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in response to security threats
