**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in conducting customer due diligence on new and existing customers
- Undertake compliance monitoring and investigations as requested from time to time
- Conduct regular on-going monitoring on existing customers
- Review Know-Your-Client (“KYC”) and due diligence documents and ensure that the documents are in order and kept up-to-date
- To interpret and fully understand regulatory requirements that are applicable to the company
- Be aware of any new regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the changes in the existing regulations
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures and controls
- Undertake compliance related ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
- Reporting to Compliance Officer
- Support Compliance Officer in conducting customer due diligence on new and existing customers
- Undertake compliance monitoring and investigations as requested by the Compliance officer
- Implement new policies and procedures when required
- Assist in the preparation of compliance related internal training(s)
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Independent and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint experienced, including the ability to produce neatly presented work
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in a clear manner
- Experience in KYC/AML is a plus but not essential
- Willing to learn on the job
