Position Title: Junior Compliance Associate
Reports To: Head of Legal and Compliance
Division: Regulatory and Core Compliance
Location: Singapore
Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 1-2 Years

Role Overview

Tazapay is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Associate to support its Regulatory and Core Compliance division. Based in Singapore, this role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting while assisting in the company's broader compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to regulators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse and extract data required for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and IT, to collect and validate data for compliance purposes.
- Maintain detailed records of all reports and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Core Compliance Functions
- Assist in monitoring and managing potential conflicts of interest across the organisation.
- Support the implementation and oversight of the company's Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) program.
- Ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and Whistleblowing policies, providing support for investigations and reporting as needed.
- Contribute to periodic reviews and updates of compliance policies and procedures.
- Data Management and Analysis
- Utilise SQL, BI dashboards, and Amazon Quicksight to extract, validate, and analyse data for compliance purposes.
- Identify trends or anomalies in compliance data and report findings to the Head of Legal and Compliance.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all compliance-related activities.
- Ad Hoc Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing compliance-related reports and presentations for management.
- Participate in compliance training programs and support awareness initiatives within the organisation.
- Contribute to special projects and regulatory inquiries as needed.

Key Requirements
- Experience:

- Open to fresh graduates with relevant internships or professionals with up to 1-2 years of experience in compliance, data analysis, or a related field.
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, BI dashboards, and data visualisation tools such as Amazon Quicksight.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory reporting processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
